  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped finely
  • 1 jar (3 ounce) caviar (red)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make a few hours before you wish to serve

  • Step 2: Combine all ingredients except for the caviar

  • Step 3: Very carefully fold in the caviar. Stirring too vigorously will cause the caviar to break.

  • Step 4: Cover and refrigerate a few hours so that the flavors blend
