The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams flour ( your favorite gluten free flour blend)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 bananas, mashed (ripe bananas)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla flavored)
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (good quality vanilla extract)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the flour and baking soda, set aside.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 3: Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 4: Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour the batter into pan.

  • Step 5: Place into a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick come out clean when inserted into the middle of loaf. (This will vary from one oven to another)

  • Step 6: Remove from oven and place pan on a wire rack to cool.
