The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vermouth, dry (or dry white wine)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger root (fresh, peeled and grated)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 fillets (6 ounce) salmon (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with half of the honey mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
