  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons rum (or brandy)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate (melted and cooled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream together butter and sugar in a mixing bowl

  • Step 2: Beat in yolks, rum and vanilla

  • Step 5: Gently fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture

  • Step 6: Pour into a 3 cup mold, or small pots

  • Step 7: Chill until firm (approximately 8 hours)
