  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or brown sugar splenda

How to Make

  • Step 1: Steam the squash over water for about 20 minutes or until tender

  • Step 2: While still warm process the squash in a food processor with the ginger and butter, brown sugar until smooth, taste, season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Place in a lightly greased casserole dish, bake in 350 oven covered for 20 minutes and serve
