Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease large cookie sheet. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tips. Cut off excess skin; discard. Place chicken in pan. Bake uncovered 15 minutes; turn chicken. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients; brush on chicken. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes longer, brushing once with plum sauce mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickens pieces are cut. Discard any remaining plum sauce mixture.
