Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 apple, chopped into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons sultanas
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Milk, to serve (normal, soy, almond, coconut or what you like)
  • Honey, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the oats, apples, sultanas, water and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to boil, then turn down heat and cook gently while stirring for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Pour into a bowl and serve with milk and a dribble of good local honey.
