Step 1: Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, then cut in half.

Step 3: Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
Step 4: Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1 minute.
Step 5: Add port and cook, stirring, until it evaporates completely.
Step 6: Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 7: Cut 18 slices of prosciutto into 4 pieces each.
Step 8: Thread 4 pieces of mushroom and 3 rolled pieces of prosciutto alternately onto wooden skewers, and serve.
