Step 1: Wash potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. Prick several times with a fork; arrange on a microwave-safe plate. Cook, uncovered, on high for 14 to 17 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender, rearranging once during cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, for sauce: in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole stir together spaghetti sauce, corn and pepperoni. Cook, uncovered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: To serve, cut a deep slit in the top of each potato.
Step 4: Top with sauce and cheese.
