The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Score flank steak on one side.

  • Step 2: Combine lime juice, orange juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika and oil. Pour over steak. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 3: Season flank steak with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until medium-rare.

  • Step 5: Remove steak from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing against grain.
