Step 1: Score flank steak on one side.
Step 2: Combine lime juice, orange juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika and oil. Pour over steak. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
Step 3: Season flank steak with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until medium-rare.
Step 5: Remove steak from grill and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing against grain.
