  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)
  • Garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley,
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Assorted crackers/breadsticks

How to Make

  • Step 1: Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in HALF of the bacon. Cover and chill 2 hours.

  • Step 2: Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle with remaining bacon.

  • Step 4: Garnish, if desired. Serve with crackers.
