Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (6 to 7 ounce) water-packed tuna
  • 345 grams potatoes (3 medium, peeled thinly sliced, apprx 3 cups)
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain & flake tuna

  • Step 2: Lightly spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with oil

  • Step 3: Arrange potatoes, tuna and onion alternately in layers, beginning with a potato layer & ending with a potato layer

  • Step 4: Blend soup, milk & pepper

  • Step 5: Pour liquid ingredients over contents of the casserole

  • Step 6: Dot with butter

  • Step 7: Bake in 375 oven, uncovered for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender
