Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Step 2: Grease a 6 cup-capacity ceramic baking dish.
Step 3: Combine flour, sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir to combine and then add butter, milk and cream and whisk to combine.
Step 4: Place plums, cut side up, in prepared dish and add flour mixture and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until just set.
Step 5: Stand for 2 minutes and dust with icing sugar and serve with ice-cream.
