Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C nd grease a 25cm x 16cm (10" x 6") slice tin with cooking oil spray and line with baking paper.
Step 2: Put butter in a large bowl and stir in sugar and then add egg and stir to combine.
Step 3: Sift flour and cocoa powder and stir until combined and smooth mixture forms.
Step 4: Combine dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate in a medium bowl and reserve 1/2 cup of the combined chocolate and set aside, then stir remaining combined chocolate into the butter mixture and then spoon mixture into prepared tin and smooth surface with a spoon and then scatter over reserved chocolate and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
Step 5: Allow to cool to room temperature before carefully removing from tin and dust with icing sugar and slice into 12 squares to serve.
