  • 36 ounces sliced bacon (cooked, 36 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat eggs with wire whip

  • Step 2: Mix in seasonings and 1/2 and 1/2

  • Step 3: Melt butter in large iron skillet

  • Step 6: Stirring constantly

  • Step 7: Fold in white sauce and cook until eggs are set
