  • 1 teaspoons tomato paste
  • Chili, without beans (canned, 3/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter

  • Step 2: Beat eggs with milk and seasoning

  • Step 3: Pour into pan

  • Step 4: Cook until pan and cook until eggs are mostly set

  • Step 5: Spread tomato paste on top and place cheese on half of eggs

  • Step 6: Sprinkle on chilies over cheese

  • Step 7: Pour chili over cheese fold over omelet

  • Step 8: Cover and cook 6 minutes longer on low
