  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook peaches in water until soft and can mash

  • Step 2: Add rest of ingredients except vanilla and cook on low until thickened

  • Step 3: Stir often so doesn't burn

  • Step 4: At end mix in vanilla off heat

  • Step 5: Cool and use in the kolaches

  • Step 6: 1 tablespoon of filling should do
