  • 6 baby bok choy
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, peeled, grated
  • 5 tablespoons chicken broth

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut off a bit of the bottom stem from the bok choy, separate the stems, wash well

  • Step 2: Chop the stems of bok choy into 1 inch pieces, cut the leaves across in half inch slices

  • Step 3: Spray a skillet with olive oil, medium heat

  • Step 4: Stir fry the garlic and ginger for a minute

  • Step 5: Add bok choy and toss to mingle with the garlic and ginger

  • Step 6: Add chicken broth, cover and cook for 3 minutes
