Step 1: To make dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and then set aside.
Step 2: Season salmon with salt and pepper and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper and cook in a moderate oven (180C0 for 10 minutes, or until just cooked through and then remove and cover lightly with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until just tender and then drain and rinse under cold water to cool and then drain.
Step 4: Prepare noodles according to packet directions and rinse under cold water and drain.
Step 5: Combine broccoli and noodles in aa large bowl and add half the combined onions, nori and seeds and then add the dressing and toss to coat.
Step 6: Divide soba noodles among serving plates and top with salmon and remaining onion mixture.
Step 7: TIP - toasted nori is available from supermarkets nationally and use kitchen scissors to shred toasted nor sheet.
