Step 1: Cook the package of vermicelli noodles according to package and set aside.
Step 2: Balch the broccolini and then set aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a large pan and fry the garlic and the grated ginger for 1 minute and then add the mince and the red chilli flakes and once the mince is cooked add shaoxing rice wine and char siu sauce and simmer for 1 minute and then add the broccolini and juice of the 2 limes and cook for 2 minutes to warm through.
Step 4: Divide the noodles on plates and top with beef mixture and chopped peanuts.
