Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 slices (90 grams) bread (garlic bread)
  • 920 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 fillets x 230 grams each)
  • 500 gram pasta sauce (Tomato and Mushroom pasta sauce stipulated)
  • 100 grams fetta cheese (Greek fetta stipulated)
  • 500 grams broccoli, chopped
  • Basil leaves, to garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut bread slices into 2 1/2 cm pieces.

  • Step 2: Cook chicken in an oiled, large frying pan over a medium to high heat, for 2 minutes each side and then remove pan from heat.

  • Step 3: Pour sauce into a shallow ovenproof dish and top with chicken, bread pieces and crumbled fetta and cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

  • Step 4: Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until tender and drain.

  • Step 5: Serve chicken with broccoli and garnish with basil leaves.
