Step 1: Cut bread slices into 2 1/2 cm pieces.
Step 2: Cook chicken in an oiled, large frying pan over a medium to high heat, for 2 minutes each side and then remove pan from heat.
Step 3: Pour sauce into a shallow ovenproof dish and top with chicken, bread pieces and crumbled fetta and cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
Step 4: Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until tender and drain.
Step 5: Serve chicken with broccoli and garnish with basil leaves.
