Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 corn cobs, large cobs peeled, husks removed
  • Coriander, fresh finely chopped to garnish
  • CORIANDER & PAPRIKA BUTTER:-
  • 150 grams butter, chopped, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make coriander and paprika butter, place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.

  • Step 2: Spread evenly over each corn cob to coat and then place each cob on a sheet of foil and wrap up tightly to enclose.

  • Step 3: Heat a barbecue flat plate over a medium to high heat and add corn and cook, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until tender and then carefully remove foil. and serve corn with extra coriander.
