  • 95 gram oil-packed tuna (chipotle tuna canned drained, oil reserved)
  • 250 gram brown rice (microwave brown rice)
  • 125 gram corn kernels (canned and drained)
  • 1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced (fresh)
  • Lime wedges, to serve
