Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs ,separated
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups creamed corn (some sites say 2 1/2cups in #2 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift dry ingredients together

  • Step 2: Beat egg whites until stiff not dry

  • Step 3: Mix egg yolks corn and melted butter

  • Step 4: Mix into dry ingredients

  • Step 5: Fold in whites

  • Step 6: Bake on a hot waffle iron (pam sprayed)

  • Step 7: Makes 4 large sized waffles
