Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add lemon juice, zest, butter and sugar bring to a low boil and stir
Step 2: Stir part of the hot mixture to the eggs to temper, whisking well
Step 3: Add tempered mixture back into the pan, cooking and stirring until thick ened
Step 4: Place in 2 clean jars, when cool add lid and refrigerate.
