Step 5: Cook until tender
Step 6: Add carrots and frozen vegetables
Step 7: Season
Step 8: When veggies are warm add cream and parsley
Step 9: Simmer on low until cream thickens around vegetables
Step 10: In bowl add mixed vegetables and top with sweet potatoes in center
