  • 5 ounces sliced bacon (5 slices,chopped )
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil cabbage in water 7 minutes. Drain

  • Step 2: In skillet cook bacon. Remove, add brown sugar

  • Step 3: To grease

  • Step 4: Add flour

  • Step 5: Add onion

  • Step 6: Cook 5 minutes until browned

  • Step 7: Add cabbage toss

  • Step 8: Add vinegar cook until thickened

  • Step 9: Toss in cooked bacon
