Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar ( you could reverse and do more white sugar and use a touch less sugar)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium sized pot over medium heat whisk together sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and water

  • Step 2: Bring to boil stirring while cooking using a whisk (keeps it nice and smooth)

  • Step 3: When mixture reaches boiling point turn down heat

  • Step 4: Make a slurry with the tablespoon of water and tablespoon of corn starch whisking in enough to thicken

  • Step 5: Add the meatballs and simmer to heat through
