Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup shredded Jack cheese (pepper Jack cheese)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (aged cheddar, or medium)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped (divided)
  • 21 slices (300 grams) baguette bread (1/2" slices)
  • 20 slices (7 ounce) jalapeno pepper (canned jalapenos, 7 oz can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the cheeses, mayo and chives ( save 2 tbsp of the chives)

  • Step 2: Spread evenly on the baguette slices

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the remaining chives over the prepared slices

  • Step 4: Bake in 425f oven for 15 minutes or until the toasts are lovely & brown
