The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 3 cups cooked rice (chilled)
  • 1 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: In wok, cook the bacon. Remove pour out grease wipe out wok add 3 tablespoons grease back in and saute veggies just until crisp

  • Step 2: Add rice, then sauces; toss

  • Step 3: Add egg and toss
