  • 1 can (15 ounce) beets, whole (drained ,small may need to cut in half)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 clove garlic ,smashed
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place beets in plastic container

  • Step 2: Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste add smashed garlic

  • Step 3: Cover with vinegar

  • Step 4: Leave out on counter for 3 hours and the put in fridge for at least a day

  • Step 5: Place beets on serving dish

  • Step 6: Serve with wooden toothpicks

  • Step 7: Will keep for 2 weeks
