Step 2: Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste add smashed garlic
Step 3: Cover with vinegar
Step 4: Leave out on counter for 3 hours and the put in fridge for at least a day
Step 5: Place beets on serving dish
Step 6: Serve with wooden toothpicks
Step 7: Will keep for 2 weeks
