  • 1 can (15 ounce) black olives (drained)
  • 3 eggs (hardboiled, sliced)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter. Brown onions

  • Step 2: Add meat raisins and spices

  • Step 3: Simmer 30 minutes until blended stirring occasionally ,may need to add a little water here

  • Step 4: In pam sprayed casserole

  • Step 5: Put meat mixture

  • Step 6: Sprinkle on olives

  • Step 7: Layer hard boiled eggs

  • Step 8: In bowl mix the corn flour sugar and eggs

  • Step 9: Pour over casserole

  • Step 10: Bake at 375 for 30 minutes until crust is golden
