Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (16 ounce) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 cups water ,boiling
  • 1 pound beets
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan,grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bake beets in tinfoil wrapped package

  • Step 2: For 40 minutes peel chop

  • Step 3: Meanwhile boil the ravioli,al dente, drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water

  • Step 4: In skillet heat the butter and tarragon and roasted beets

  • Step 5: Saute add ravioli shake skillet

  • Step 6: Add water

  • Step 7: Cook down and cook until thickened take off heat and add cheeses and allow to soften serve

  • Step 8: Brown light
