  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 ounces feta cheese,crumbled
  • 1 tablespoons butter

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Step 2: In large bowl whisk milk sour cream eggs and 6 tablespoons butter

  • Step 3: In another bowl whisk dry ingredients together

  • Step 4: Add to wet ingredients

  • Step 5: Mix

  • Step 6: Add feta cheese

  • Step 7: And pour into pam sprayed and buttered with tablespoon butter 9x9 baking pan

  • Step 8: Bake for 40 minutes until golden and toothpick come out clean
