Step 1: Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes to soak and then drain and place in a blender, adding the banana, frozen strawberries, ice, cinnamon, vanilla and milk and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Divide the smoothie mixture between bowls and top with the fresh strawberries, almond and goji berries and sprinkle with chia seeds to serve.
