Step 1: Cook ravioli according to packet directions and then drain.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, or until soft.
Step 3: Stir in tomatoes with 1/2 cup water and bring to boil and simmer for about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened and then stir in cream, then ravioli and remove from heat and stir in spinach.
Step 4: Spoon mixture into an ovenproof dish (8-cup capacity) and top with croutons and sprinkle over cheese.
Step 5: Cook in a hot oven (200°c) for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy.
