Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup yogurt ( I use plain)
  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced (or berries)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice ( I use ½ cup cranberry juice and ½ cup water)
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder (I like vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoons psyllium seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine ingredients in a blender and whip until frothy.

  • Step 2: NOTE to first time users - do yourself a favor and rinse or wash your container and glasses. Makes washing up so much easier.

  • Step 3: For those who decide to make this their regular morning drink - to make it quick and easy I delegated shelf space for a sturdy shoe box type clear container and Dollar Store jars to fit to have it all in one place, with the exception of the protein powder which I store in a larger glass jar also from the Dollar Store. Makes it quick and easy.
