Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (16 ounce) salmon (pink, deboned drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) spinach, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 16 ounces macaroni pasta (cooked al dente, and drained ,4 cups)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Spray Pam in 9x13 casserole

  • Step 3: In bowl mix flour in sour cream and butter

  • Step 4: Add egg and milk

  • Step 5: Add cheeses .Mix. Add seasonings. Mix

  • Step 6: Add spinach and macaroni

  • Step 7: Add salmon, last so doesn't break up

  • Step 8: Pour into casserole

  • Step 9: In bowl, mix topping

  • Step 10: Put on top cover bake 30 minutes uncover bake ten more minutes until browned
