Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/32 teaspoon salt
  • 1/32 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat water and broth with bouillon added and turmeric and parsley added to boiling in separate pots

  • Step 2: Mix egg with a pinch of salt and pepper

  • Step 3: Mix and flour (Should not be runny just a little loose)

  • Step 4: Stir water and add egg mixture 1 teaspoon at a time

  • Step 5: When they rise to top in about 3 minutes, scoop out with slotted spoon and add to chicken stock that has some parsley and turmeric added
