  • 1/3 cup bacon fat
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat bacon fat in large skillet

  • Step 2: Add onion

  • Step 3: Add pork cubes

  • Step 4: Brown

  • Step 5: Add spices and tomato paste

  • Step 6: Dont burn

  • Step 7: Add 2 cups tomato juice

  • Step 8: And marjoram

  • Step 9: Boil lightly for 20 minutes until pork is tender stirring so doesn't burn

  • Step 10: Last 5 minutes mix flour and water

  • Step 11: Add to pork season

  • Step 12: Cook 5 more minutes until thickened
