Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
  • 1 pound bacon (1 package, sliced, I use thick maple bacon)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.

  • Step 3: Cut each bacon slice into thirds.

  • Step 4: Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick.

  • Step 5: Stir together brown sugar and chili powder.

  • Step 6: Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.

  • Step 7: Coat the rack and broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 8: Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan.

  • Step 9: Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp. (It took me about 1 hour)
