Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 pound kohlrabi (peeled, diced ,with stems and leaves)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 6 green onions, minced
  • 1 (15 ounces) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: In olive oil brown chicken

  • Step 2: Add kohlrabi, cubes and stems

  • Step 3: When tender add spices

  • Step 4: Add garlic and green onions

  • Step 5: Add stock and tomatoes

  • Step 6: Simmer 20 minutes until reduced lastly add kohlrabi leaves and parsley and lemon juice

  • Step 7: Cook 5 minutes more
