  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut 2 slices of pineapple - or use canned slices

  • Step 2: Put pineapple slices on plate

  • Step 3: Boil water in a deep pan

  • Step 4: With a whisk, begin to create tornado effect by using quick circular whisking motion and pour in 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • Step 5: Crack open one egg into pan while the water is spinning and stir in circular motion around the pan in same direction water is spinning - this makes a nice poached egg

  • Step 6: Once egg is mostly cooked with a nice soft egg yoke carefully remove from pan and place egg over top pineapple slice

  • Step 7: Repeat for other egg

  • Step 8: Sprinkle cheese over eggs and microwave for 15 seconds for your cheese to melt

  • Step 9: Serve, break that yoke and enjoy!
