Step 3: Pour in cream simmer dont boil
Step 4: In pam sprayed buttered gratin dish
Step 5: Layer potatoes in even layers, seasoning as you go
Step 6: Pour warm cream over potatoes lifting so cream gets all the way through
Step 7: Dont overflow dish
Step 8: Place on baking sheet to catch overflow
Step 9: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Step 10: Place cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more
Step 11: Until browned and hot and bubbly
Step 12: Knife should slide easily into center
