How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel bananas and cut each in half widthwise and inset a paddle pop stick into cut end and arrange on a tray lined with baking paper and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

  • Step 2: Dip in or drizzle with melted milk chocolate and scatter with chopped pistachios or simply leave them nude.

  • Step 3: Freeze again for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Decorate the on the exposed paddle pop stick just before serving.
