Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 bananas, whole (peeled and frozen)
  • Christmas cake or pudding (leftovers and chopped, 1/2 cup)
  • 300 grams ice cream cones (6 mini)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce to serve
  • 1/2 cup nuts, mixed (salted roasted, chopped to serve)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove bananas from freezer and set aside for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Chop bananas and put in the bowl of a food processor and process until almost smooth and then add cake or pudding and process until smooth.

  • Step 3: Transfer to a freezer-proof bowl and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.

  • Step 4: Scoop banana ice-cream into cones, drizzle with caramel sauce, scatter with nuts, then serve immediately.
