Step 1: Remove bananas from freezer and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Chop bananas and put in the bowl of a food processor and process until almost smooth and then add cake or pudding and process until smooth.
Step 3: Transfer to a freezer-proof bowl and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.
Step 4: Scoop banana ice-cream into cones, drizzle with caramel sauce, scatter with nuts, then serve immediately.
