  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cans (30 ounce) creamed corn ( 15 ounce each can)
  • 2 cups light cream,
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter in saucepan

  • Step 2: Add onions, brown them

  • Step 3: Add cornmeal. Cook a minute

  • Step 4: Add water. Season

  • Step 5: Cook 15 minutes

  • Step 6: Add cream and corns

  • Step 7: Cook 5 minutes more stirring alot, so doesn't burn dont boil
