The ingredients are:
  • 1 jar (16 ounce) asparagus, drained
  • 1 can (16 ounce) peas (drained, baby)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (6 ounce) mushrooms
  • 1 can (6 ounce) water chestnuts (sliced, drained)
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick, cut in pats)
  • 4 ounces sliced bread (4 slices, cut into cubes)
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In greased 9x13 casserole pan

  • Step 2: Lay asparagus in bottom

  • Step 3: Put hard boiled eggs sliced

  • Step 4: In bowl mix the soup ,peas,water chestnuts and mushrooms together

  • Step 5: Pour over asparagus egg mixture

  • Step 6: Top with bread

  • Step 7: Season top with cheese

  • Step 8: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
