  • 8 ounce salmon steak
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper ,grated
  • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In saucepan melt 3 tablespoons butter

  • Step 2: Saute red pepper

  • Step 3: Add corn and mix cornstarch in water

  • Step 4: Add to corn

  • Step 5: Thicken

  • Step 6: Plate

  • Step 7: Meanwhile

  • Step 8: In nonstick skillet

  • Step 9: Saute salmon

  • Step 10: Season with salt and white pepper

  • Step 11: Cover

  • Step 12: Cook until just done put pat of butter on top

  • Step 13: Put on top of corn
