Step 2: Carrots, potatoes, stock and butter
Step 3: Bring to a boil
Step 4: Cook until carrots are tender
Step 5: In bowl
Step 6: Mix flour sour cream and water into a paste
Step 7: Drop and stir pieces into soup whisking until smooth
Step 8: Add seasonings and dill pickle juice
Step 9: And cook 5 minutes more until thickened
Step 10: Can place in crockpot to keep warm
